Hank brings more than 35 years of operations experience in start-ups, family-owned businesses and midsize as well as Fortune 500 public companies to accelerate bottom-line results through leadership development. He is particularly passionate about helping achieve results through the creation and consistent execution of “sustainable leadership habits.”

Hank’s industry experience includes various executive positions (CEO, COO) in telecommunication firms as well as advisory and consultant roles to the construction industry. Best known for his insights regarding driving unnecessary costs out of the business by fanatical execution of “customer-focused policies, practices and processes,” Hank’s focus on the development of high-performance leadership teams is core.

Identifying and refining best practices regarding organizational transformation, CEO succession planning, ownership transfer and corporate governance by boards are areas where Hank works with clients to achieve strategic advantage.

Hank received his bachelor’s degree (marketing concentration) from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and Master of Business Administration (finance concentration) from the University of Detroit.
